One of the leading Investment banks based in the City are looking for a HRIS and Compensation Analyst.

The HRIS and Compensation Analyst will Responsible for the HRIS database and HR data reporting requirements. Will be required to develop excel based compensation and HR data models and analyses and produce accurate and relevant reports. Maintain procedures to ensure data integrity and assist with data checking, statistical and external market analysis.

The duties will be to create and develop compensation and other HR data models in Excel, demonstrating the impact of various factors within a scenario, to assist with HR and management decisions, provide original and relevant responsibility for the HR system (Snowdrop) and HR management information reporting, including regular headcount and turnover analyses, develop reports from Snowdrop via the Crystal report writer, providing bespoke management and HR reports and setting up regular reports for use by other HR members and for distribution to business managers.
The ideal candidate will be an expert user of Excel, including ability to use it as a tool for modelling and data analysis. Knowledge of developing macros would not be essential but intuitive familiarity with formulae and analysis tools (e.g.: lookups, pivot tables) is an absolute
requirement and must demonstrate strong technical/analytical ability and an appreciation of the application of the analysis.
