This recognised leader of the national financial industry having gained a sustained competitive edge in all segments of the banking market is seeking an eager and articulate Russian Speaking Corporate Actions Conversions analyst.
The corporate actions teams with this client take full ownership of all events and processes with exposure across a hugely diverse market range. This role does not only entail processing corporate actions but will take your corporate actions experience to the next level.
You will be primarily responsible for processing all requests for bond conversions, ADR GDR programs.
Principal Responsibilities:
*Monitor receipt and information flow of corporate action information from vendor system/feeds.
*Responsible for the data integrity and maintenance of corporate action information within SWAP products in a front office client facing system
*Process ADRs & GDRs
*Reconciliation of front to back corporate action process.
*Frequent interaction with Client Service Reps responding to quires and providing support and advise with required.
*To provide support to the front office, trade support and BAC on all corporate action issues.
*Maintenance and Control of Index and sector based Dividend products
*To be able to challenge process that are inefficient and asset in investigation and implementation of improvements
A must have for this role is conversions experience coupled with sound technical knowledge and skills. You must also have a proven working knowledge of ADRs & GDRs . As a pre- requisite you must have business level Russian language skills both written and oral.
