A Reconciliations Utility Manager is required for a leading international investment bank.


Based in London, the reconciliations utility manager role sits within the cross-product operations group, which is responsible for maintaining controls, managing risk and performing cross-product functions with operations


Key deliverables will be:

- Building the reconciliations utility function, by in-sourcing reconciliations from across investment banking operations whilst maintaining key controls and maximising efficiency

- Outsourcing to manage front to back outsourcing projects

- Change and process improvement

- Internal client relationship management

- Develop, meet and ideally exceed client service level agreements


The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with a proven background operations run-the-bank management and robust change experience. They should also be able to operate effectively irrespective of physical or functional boundaries, hold a strong analytical skill set and have the ability to network and influence at a senior level.
