A Manager is required for the Global Derivatives MIS Team of one of the world's largest investment banks.


Based in London, the scope of this role is to manage the current team who produce MIS for derivative documentation and settlements groups, as well as senior management and central reporting functions. Whilst technical and product knowledge is important, a larger part of this role is to manage relationships with consumers/clients and providers including:


The manager will maintain and document controls to ensure a high level of data integrity throughout the MIS process e.g. audit trail for manual adjustments & basic data integrity checks. There is also strong client orientation and flexibility to meet constant demands / changes. In doing so, the manager will enhance an existing report to meet the need rather than create new one wherever possible.


Proven management/supervisory experience in an operational or client service environment is required for this position, ideally with some vendor management as well. The manager will also demonstrate good technical knowledge and understanding of interest rate, credit and equity derivatives products/processes.
