Senior Funds Specialist is required for the transfer agency of one of the world's largest providers of asset services and solutions.


Based in the London Docklands, the role will be to provide excellent client services via incoming telephone calls and written enquiries for the firm's clients, and assisting with deal administration tasks where appropriate.


Principal responsibilities will be to:

- Answer calls in a timely, efficient and courteous manner

- Provide information on register amendments (COA, mandates, transfers etc.)

- Provide information on distribution payments

- Provide information on general registration enquiries

- Field calls and pass onto relevant sections/person where applicable

- Provide monthly valuations to nominee clients


The ideal candidate will demonstrate good unit trust/OEIC experience and solid knowledge of regulatory requirements. Previous customer services telephone experience is vital for this role, and the successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of numeracy, accuracy, and attention to detail.
