An Operations Business Analyst is required for a leading international financial services provider. The role is based in London.
The Operations Business Analyst will be responsible for documenting business requirements, process flows, process requirements and use cases relating to all projects and initiatives. The analyst will analyse workflow processes, identify gaps and recommend solutions across all business users.
The role requires strong analytical skills, and an organized and detail-oriented professional who can proactively identify issues and suggest solutions. Strong working knowledge of GLOSS is essential. Proven experience in an operations role is preferred, (i.e. Back office processing/settlement for either fixed income or equity). Familiarity and experience with back office systems would be an asset.
