You will be part of an expanding team responsible for processing and reconciling global corporate action activity across all accounts and asset types (equity, fixed income and derivatives) held within a

The team and individual role objective is to ensure all corporate action entitlements are correctly processed in the Company's main platform, Aladdin, and other accounting platforms as required, based on Corporate Actions. In addition, this team will be responsible for ensuring the appropriate restriction status of entitlements is maintained in applications through interaction with custodians.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure that all corporate action events across all asset types (equities, fixed income and
derivatives) are
correctly, processed, reviewed and reconciled as necessary in accordance with all procedures
and deadlines
- Maintain an effective working relationship with fellow team members, other Company
departments,
custodian banks and third party service providers.
- Monitor the Corporate Actions Manager throughout the business day and, in conjunction with
team
members, effectively manage processing volumes over futures periods
- Investigate reconciliation discrepancies on a daily basis ensuring all discrepancies are resolved
and cleared
at the earliest opportunity
- Ensure the appropriate restriction status of entitlements is maintained in Company applications
through
interaction with custodians and update
- Manage any queries received from various internal and external parties
- Interact with other Company teams and the third parties/custodians as appropriate
- Escalate all material risk items (such as large fails) and service issues to your Team Leader on
a timely basis

The ideal candidate will have the following

- Strong Corporate Actions experience gained within Asset Management, Investment Banking or
Global Custody
- Have an understanding of all financial instruments utilised within your group
- Participate in the Company's annual review process and draft goals/objectives for your
development in conjunction with your Team Leader and Manager
- Full knowledge of Company corporate policies, procedures and guidelines
