Portfolio Administrator - City of London - £20ph

My client is a global asset management group locally represented in 33 counties worldwide. In addition to the key asset management centres they are represented in a further 28 counties around the world. These offices are involved in promoting global products, as well as sales, marketing and client servicing.

My client is looking for a Portfolio Administrator to join a growing team who deal with asset classed such as FX, Equities and Fixed Income.

Daily tasks will include:

- Assisting the institutional client reporting team in producing month end and client valuations
- Completing monthly stock reconciliations
- Completing daily future and cash reconciliation for all portfolios
- Liaising with clients and custodians on a daily basis and resolving discrepancies as required
- Ad-hoc project work as required

The ideal candidate will have the following

- Strong Portfolio Administration skills gained within an Asset Manager, Hedge Fund or Global
Custody house
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with internal/ external counterparts on
all levels
- Be highly numerate
- Strong attention to detail

This is a great opportunity to work as a Portfolio Administrator within an established Asset Manager, working in a busy team. The ideal candidate will be keen to come in on a temp basis but with a view to be part of the business for the long-term.
