A new, pivotal role - reporting to COO and providing direct input into major property outsourcing contracts. You will work closely with a number of blue chip clients in complex property outsourcing deals spanning across EMEA as well as global scope.

You should have broad exposure to general Property and Facilities Management outsourcing issues, with expeperience of managing liabilities and negotiating high value contracts.
