A Front Office Client Operations Manager is required for a leading asset management house. The role is based in London.


Due to new business opportunities within the equities department, a need has arisen to recruit an experienced individual to coordinate the take on of segregated equity clients as well as developing and managing the ongoing operational relationships. As this business grows, there is a need to take a more structured approach to ensure the scalability of the business can be achieved without the introduction of both operational and transactional risk.


Working closely with the client direction and investment operations, the client operations manager will be responsible for the take on of segregated institutional clients, including negotiation and co-ordination of the operational aspects of client transitions. The candidate will perform ongoing management of the operational relationship of all segregated clients, and assist the equities department in defining its approach to managing segregated client business, including scoping and building a scalable operational model.


The candidate will ideally have some supervisory experience in a front or middle office environment as part more extensive experience within the industry. Client relationship management experience would constitute a distinct advantage, as would working knowledge of fixed income and derivatives.
