A Securities Settlements Administrator is required for a leading asset management house, to undertake the processing, settlement and resolution of associated issues of the firm's client's securities transactions with their custodians for both fixed & equities products.


Key responsibilities will be to:

- Match & confirm trades

- Investigate and resolve discrepancies

- Liaise with front office

- Liaise with broker counterparties

- Send swift instructions to the relevant custodians

- Investigate and resolve bank/custodian reconciliations

- Monitor custodian and counterparty failed trades report


This role will ideally suit candidates with previous settlements experience. We are looking for self starters who can demonstrate able to use initiative to resolve issues. Knowledge of fixed interest instruments is highly desirable, as is a general knowledge of investment management processes.
