International media firms with a diverse client base are looking for a new part time Head of Training and Talent. The main purpose of the role is to provide support and development to the new joiners who come in to the business at all levels and help them to develop in to effective team members.

The role

- Develop and evolve current training methods and procedures
- Assist in the recruitment and lead the assessment of new joiners
- Integrate and monitor new recruits until they become effective team members
- Bi-annual training review and analysis for all key teams.

The person

- The successful candidate will have previous experience in both Learning and Development and Recruitment. Experience of working in a media environment would be an advantage but is not essential.

The role is a part-time position requiring approximately 25 hours per week, how the working hours are structured is flexible.
