A Listed Derivatives Reconciliations Supervisor is required for a leading international investment bank that provides a full coverage of research, sales, execution, client service, operations and technology services for internal and external clients requiring access to global listed derivatives markets.


We are looking for a candidate to work within their operations division to supervise the activities and responsibilities of the exchange reconciliations team for the European listed derivatives business.


The supervisor will be responsible for position reconciliations on numerous listed derivative markets. They will monitor and clear all T+1 breaks (trades, positions and cash), and chase all un-cleared trades with internal desks, counterparties and external brokers - for same day resolution.


The role will require the successful candidate to supervise and work as part of a team where the primary responsibilities are to reconcile the daily trading activities for the firm and its clients to numerous listed derivative exchanges. The role requires an enthusiastic candidate who has a strong sense of ownership and awareness of the underlying control and relationship risks associated with trade date clearing with the confidence to identify and escalate issues within the appropriate timeframes.


Extremely strong awareness of operational risks and the associated controls and escalation procedures is required for this role. The candidate will demonstrate the ability to identify and implement enhancements to the processing environment.
