A Credit Derivative Documentation Specialist is required for one of the world's leading international investment banks.


Based in London, the European documentation department covers debt, commodity and equity derivatives products including interest rates, credit derivatives, FX and equity derivatives.


Key responsibilities will be to draft and verify credit derivative documentation for portfolio of customers and range of credit products (such as CDS, CD swaptions, vanilla index, index tranches, bespoke tranches, SPVs, total return swaps and CDS on loans). The specialist will ensure that queries are handled quickly and resolved in a timely fashion so confirmations can be executed.


The candidate will essentially demonstrate accurate drafting of credit derivatives transactions documentation confirmations experience - specifically the ability to draft structured CDS products and accuracy. Product knowledge credit derivatives product experience covering above range of products is required.
