A Senior Corporate Actions Administrator is required for an eminent international asset management house, based in London.


The purpose of this exciting position is to provide high quality administration services in respect of:

- Corporate actions posting/processing

- Corporate actions instruction/settlement

- Placing, underwriting and IPO processing/settlement

- Proxy voting requests


The role holder is responsible for carrying out administrative routines in which he/she is regarded as a subject matter expert, and to cover to a high standard some or all of the other functions:

- Corporate actions posting/processing

- Diarising, validating and recording all corporate events

- Corporate actions instruction/settlement

- Notifying the front office and third party fund managers of elective events and transmitting their decisions to custodians in a timely and accurate manner


Professional qualifications, such as the IAQ merit award, or grandfather exemption, are highly desirable but not mandatory. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in investment operations functions, combined with detailed, hands-on, knowledge of corporate actions (plus preferably exposure to book cost processing).
