This renowned international investment bank with an outstanding reputation worldwide is looking for an experienced and exceptional Dividend Asset Servicing Analyst to join them. You will be an instrumental part of the Dividend Group, which is a diverse and exciting team responsible for processing stock and cash entitlements across Equity products. The group is also responsible for dealing with tax related issues linked to these sorts of events, as well as broader ranging Asset Servicing Issues. The Dividend and Tax team is made up 20 people.

The key role will see you have:

* Day to day responsibility for processing all cash and stock mandatory and optional Dividend events on Clients and the Firms Equity positions.

* Close interaction with Trading, Sales, Prime Brokerage, Stock Loan, Legal, Tax and Technology, to resolve ad hoc queries, new products and projects.

* A large amount of interaction with the P&L controllers to establish actual entitlement for proprietary holdings.

* Working closely with team members, management and technology on strategic and tactical projects.



You will have a good understanding of Equity products, markets and be able to deal with multiple complex issues at the same time whilst meeting deadlines. You will ideally have a working knowledge of dividend flows. You should also have a strong ability to understand and assimilate technical product and systems information in a methodical and accelerated manner.

Training and the development is very important. From day one the successful candidate will be given on-the-job training as well as more formal training, which will include classroom and on-line learning. This training will be continued throughout your career.
