A European Corporate Actions Analyst is required for one of the world's largest and most prestigious international investment banks. The role is based in the London Docklands.


Asset servicing is a global team within the operations division, responsible for corporate actions, income events and associated tax for equity, fixed income and certain derivative products, processing all events on behalf of both the firm and its clients.


As a successful European corporate actions analyst, your main duties/responsibilities will focus upon:

- Processing of equity based corporate events across UK and EMEA

- Front-to-back event management and reconciliation

- Maintaining a controlled event and risk environment ensuring all aspects of corporate events are closed out, risk managed, and reconciled

- Reconciliation of stock and cash breaks

- Client service and query management


GLOBAL 1, CREST, and SWIFT exposure is ideal for this role. The successful candidate will demonstrate hands on event management experience and front-to-back event reconciliation and event management experience. The candidate must be confident in liaising and talking to both clients and traders, and show a control-oriented approach to corporate actions.
