Leading Investment House situated in the city centre of Glasgow currently has a vacancy for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join them on a 10 month contract basis.

Based within the Property Admin and Accounting department you will be responsible for administering property transactions for several portfolios of properties and the maintenance of records within the Property Management System.

Typical duties include:
Preparation of Bank Reconciliations
Reconciling Sector Managers arrears and rental income reports
Maintain a credit control function to ensure the timely collations of rental income
Maintain accurate property records and post financial transactions
Process for payment on all property related invoices and prepare monthly reports and information for clients and management.

The role is looking to last 10months and commence mid October.

Previous Accounting experience is essential as is a sound working knowledge of Excel
Property and legal experience is desirable but not essential
