Joslin Rowe's client, an international investment organisation is looking for experienced Corporate Actions candidates to join its expanding team. Led by a team of dynamic and forward thinking directors, the firm has enjoyed great success in securing major clients due to their first rate service and advanced technologies.


As a Corporate Actions Officer you will process new issues and mutual fund distributions.

Specific duties will include:
-To manage new share issues, fund conversions, liquidations, rights issues
-Ensure that all breaks are resolved and cleared within a given timeframe
-Maintain records as required to ensure the investment process is transparent to regulators and external auditors regarding breach and corporate actions recording
-To update Corporate action procedures in accordance with any changes to the process
-Ensure that information is communicated effectively to necessary parties and in a timely manner for purpose of rapid resolution.
