One of most prominent International banks, based in the City is seeking a HR MIS Analyst to join them immediately.
The HR MIS Analyst will provide overall management for all UK HR data issues and to deliver client-focused, professional, high quality reporting and data analysis to the HR Business Partners and to the Business.
The HR MIS Analyst will responsible for :-
·Day to day management of UK HR systems.
·Project management of the development and implementation of new UK HR systems.
·Promotion and management of other HR MIS projects
·Project work with other areas of the Bank to improve the quality of HR related processes
·Co-ordination of all UK Peoplesoft issues and system change requests.
·Supervising and troubleshooting on both internal and external system interfaces.
·Providing HR systems training and being overall SMR on UK HR systems, HR data issues and reporting tools.
·Reporting and analysis of HR data.
·Co-ordinating and delivering client-focused professional high quality reporting and analysis to HR management, HRBPs and to the business in general.
·Headcount and trend analysis covering staff movements, diversity, recruitment, monitoring 'off-cycle' bonus and salary payments.
·Working alongside Finance and the business to ensure accuracy on all organization and employee cost centre changes through monthly headcount reporting and data reconciliation.
·Production of regular data quality reports, monitoring data accuracy and identifying areas for improvement and additional training requirements.
The ideal candidate will have detailed knowledge of Peoplesoft, Business Objects, SAP and other related systems and have data management and reporting and analytical skills.
You will have similar experience gained within Financial services or corporate firm and be available for an immediate start.
