International Prime Brokerage Documentation Negotiator - Docklands
£20.00 - £30.00 p/hr - Long term temporary
This International Prime Brokerage Documentation Negotiator is based in the Prime Brokerage of a Market leading Investment Bank.

Key responsibilities of the role will be to send out drafts of Agreements in a timely manner; Negotiate Agreements effectively; Update the relevant business areas as to the status of Agreement negotiations; and Understand the process around, and deal with the necessary documentation in relation to the execution of various addendums

The ideal candidate will ideally have held a position within the in-house legal division of an Investment Bank focusing on prime brokerage, with experience of ISDA, equity derivatives documentation and securities lending.

The essential skills that the candidate will possess will include the demonstrated ability to work in a fast moving, demanding environment whilst maintaining high quality work using their good analytical skills and excellent attention to detail. Strong organisational capabilities and prioritising abilities will be crucial in succeeding in this role

It is imperative that the successful Prime Brokerage Negotiator is a strong team player and hold keen communication skills to effectively liaise with and develop close working relationships with the other members of the firm, including the front office, credit, regulatory capital and account opening departments.
