Position: Senior Facilities Manager (EMEA) - Dublin based
Based: Dublin, Ireland
Salary: 70,000 - 80,000 Euros

Candidates will need corporate Property and FM experience, strength in FM is essential. A European role, whilst based out of Dublin, there will be the requirement to travel as the remit has an EMEA reach.

You will be a commercially minded, client focused Property professional - with either experience in a major TFM, real estate provider or end user environment. Strong relationship management skills are absolutely key, combined with a commercial acumen and the ability to lead and motivate a site based/regional team.

Successful candidates will be involved in delivering an outsourced FM delivery service across corporate office and a diverse portfolio of sites across Ireland and mainland Europe. A full understanding of how Real estate, FM, projects and Engineering services are delivered in an integrated fashion is essential
