A Structured Funds Analyst is required for one of the largest investment banks in the world.


Based in London, the Structuring Middle Office is a small team of professionals who support structurers and a growing trading and sales force.


We are specifically recruiting an individual to support the structured funds team. In this role you will be required to liaise with structurers, traders, marketers, legal, fund managers and fund administrators as well as other middle offices and back offices in order to set up new funds and ensure they are run smoothly during their lifecycle.


As a Structuring Middle Office Specialist, you will also analyse and understand new fund structures, including full involvement in new business product approval, and produce & circulate information packs, monitoring the accuracy of the set up of new funds/share classes by internal/external parties


A prior understanding of funds and/or securitised products would therefore be beneficial. Ideally the applicant would also have knowledge of trade processing, settlement and an appreciation of the control environment. The individual will need to be very methodical and have excellent problem solving skills in order to identify, understand and address varied issues as part of the day to day process.


Operational and/or line experience is required. European languages are advantageous - German speakers are highly desirable.
