A Graduate Recruitment Administration Assistant role has arisen at one of the largest financial services groups in the world, based in the City for an immediate start.

Our client brands operate around the globe and down your street to provide banking services for individuals, businesses and institutions.
The Graduate Recruitment Administration Assistant will provide support to the Corporate Markets HR Graduate Development Manager and Team to ensure smooth delivery of the Graduate Development Programme for new Graduate entrants, provide on-site support to the team and training suppliers during the Graduate Development Programme at the training venue and act as a trouble-shooter to ensure smooth operations of training events and facilitate general query resolution on behalf of graduate attendees and facilitators, liaise with external training providers and venue management to ensure correct set up of venue rooms,refreshments are booked for required times and numbers (including any guests) and confirm arrangements to training providers.
The Graduate Recruitment Administration Asssiatant will also liaise with internal and external parties to ensure appropriate equipment is delivered, installed and running at training venue to allow training to take place, maintain record of graduate attendance at training events and flag non attendance to enable follow up, book travel and accommodation arrangements for graduates, facilitators and guests as appropriate and query resolution, responsible for related administration including, class groupings, class registration, name badges and material printing, invoice processing, support query resolution throughout classroom based training Programme to ensure smooth operation of training events, support Graduate Networking Events, responsible for booking rooms arranging catering and any other adhoc administration activities.

The ideal candidate will have similar experience gained with Financial services and be available for an immediate start.
