Outsourcing Sourcing Manager Docklands - LondonUp to £600.00 per day

A leading Retail Bank based in the Docklands are looking for an Outsourcing Sourcing Manager to join them immediately.

The Outsourcing Sourcing Manager will lead outsource sourcing activities to deliver:
"Outsourcing strategies which leverage global scale and drive excellence in execution at local, regional and global level
"Undertake strategic outsourcing activity to support achievement of agreed Global Sourcing objectives
"Delivery of fiscal targets
"Strong governance models delineating responsibility, accountability and authority across sourcing & supplier management processes
"Appropriate process and policy to support outsource development
"Formal contracts in place for all contracts personally put in place providing commercial rigour and incorporating continuous improvement targets
"Compliance to Sourcing & Supplier Management Handbook
"For contracts undertaken ensure Cost clarity and transparency to support development
"Strong relationships with stakeholders internally and externally and establish key relationships to influence the business and steer strategic direction in outsourcing and alliance
Supporting the Outsourcing and Alliances development team leader
Ensure all direct reports have Personal Development Plans established and conduct formal quarterly performance reviews with all direct reports
"Provide ongoing coaching, training and development to all direct reports
"Manage Personal Development Process for direct reports
"Support and contribute to team building and team dynamics through personally demonstrating leadership and team attributes

The Outsourcing Sourcing Manager will have Global supply market and business knowledge of Outsourcing, and ability to apply this to sourcing strategy and execution and proven experience of delivering offshoring and outsourcing agreements.
