An Account Manager is required for the on boarding team of a leading provider of risk management products and services, to help investors better understand and manage the risks inherent in their financial portfolios.


The group is immediately seeking an account manager to join the governance account management on boarding team. The position is permanent and based in London.


Responsibilities will be to manage the project of on-boarding new clients and/or new solutions including:

- Processing of all service forms and client profile information into a central system

- Completing work orders for all preparatory work required to start service (e.g. Holdings data, master account list set-up, user id set up form etc)

- Maintain accurate and up to date records

- Escalate any potential issues that may have an effect on meeting client or internal deadlines / SLAs.


Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for this role, and the candidate will demonstrate exemplary organisational and administrative skills, with a strong attention to detail. Client relationship management skills, gained through solid experience in operations / workflow management and client facing experience, is required.
