Our client is a major global real estate provider with portfolio of major blue chip clients. This is an an embedded corporate real estate role, acting as the lead for a major blue chip client. The role will encompass RE strategy, portfolio management, project and facilities management for a mixed use portfolio encompassing corporate office, R&D and manufacturing sites.

An influential role, you will be a strong relationship builder, able to create an impact at board level and commercially manage a range of corporate real estate issues.

Candidates will have a background in an EMEA/global role - either from an end user or service provider background - ideally both. A willingness to travel across EMEA is essential and the ability to matrix manage is paramount. Exposure to large corporate Real estate portfolios is key, looking after 2million + sq ft or space.
