Position: Corporate Administrator - Glasgow or Edinburgh

Our Client a large IFA firm are looking to increase their team with a Corporate Administrator.

Key Responsibilities for the role of Corporate Administrator will include:


Responsible for providing Consultants with Terms of Business/Fact finds etc when required for client meetings.

Client valuations completed within requested timescale and presented to consultant or sent to client having being checked for errors

Processing any new business, ensuring the application forms are fully completed and signed, and all requirements of new business are in place before sending these off to the relevant provider.

Scanning and tagging of full client file in accordance with the issued Scanning instructions.

Ensuring business process is completed from start to finish including informing client of any further requirements and ensuring that these are chased until return

Responsible for ensuring client is kept informed - i.e advance notification of pension scheme deductions, or any other matters they must action.

Timeous completion (and sending of) client payrolls on any pension scheme. It is beneficial in all cases that this information is double checked for error

Ensuring any scheme queries are executed in a professional and timeous manner at all times

Ensuring advance notification of renewal/rebroke dates to client and requesting the necessary data ahead in advance of the rebroke date. Ensuring that the schemes and relevant members remain fully covered

Ensuring sufficient funds are available in cash accounts for any client drawing income (SIPP)
Commission queries or amendments where requested or required

Responsible for chasing commission

Responsible for ensuring cases that are not fully compliant are not processed and are passed back to the adviser for amending

Other adhoc duties as required including opening mail, answering telephones, greeting Clients etc.


Key Skills required for the role of Corporate Administrator:

You will have excellent Group Personal Pensions, Group Private Medical Insurance, Group Life, and Group PHI experience.
SIPP and occupational transfer experience would be desirable.
Excellent IT skills would be an advantage.
