Loan Servicing Associate - Docklands

A French-speaking Loan Servicing Associate is required for a leading bank . The group consists of specialist loan closing, pan-European asset management, investor reporting, special servicing and loan servicing teams.
The successful associate will liaise with the firm's loan originators and loan closing team to ensure an efficient, accurate and timely resolution and transfer of commercial mortgage loans. The loan servicing associate will perform initial and ongoing guardianship of core, variable loan and property based data, as well as ongoing monitoring of commercial real estate loans & real estate assets (office, retail, industrial, hotels, self-storage, etc.) to include the ongoing testing of loan covenants.
The role requires a high level of guardianship and client skills, and there will be significant external interaction with borrower, management agent, attorneys, rating agencies, and bond investors. Fluent French language skills are vital.
