Joslin Rowe's Client, one of the most respected law firms in Scotland has an excellent opportunity for an HR Officer to join their team based in Edinburgh.

Working in a close knit team and reporting into the HR Manager, the HR Officer will be responsible for :

* Assisting with the recruitment support for various positions within the organisation (including temporary, permanent, placements etc)
* Admin support including Starters, Leavers, Payroll, Healthcare & Pensions
* Conducting inductions and exit interviews
* Assisting with Staff Appraisals
* Co-ordinating any absence using Time and Attendance System
* Checking and authorising invoices
* HR Admin Support for the team and HR Managers as a whole

The required skills and experience for this position include:

* Previous HR / HR Administration experience from a similar Professional Services environment
* Extremely organised together with excellent communication skills
* High Standard of Education
* Professional and proactive
* Excellent IT Skills
