PA to HR Director - City - £35k

An experienced Personal Assistant is required for a large Insurance company, located in the City.

The successful candidate will be providing PA and secretarial support exclusively to the Group HR Director.

The successful candidate must have the ability to work under pressure have excellent attention to detail and the ability to act proactively when needed.

Main task and responsibilities:
Organise the HR Director
Diary management
Organise Staff Events and Corporate Entertainment
Produce presentations in PowerPoint
Produce and edit complex spreadsheets in Excel
Organise travel
Record expenses
Take occasional dictation
Provide copy typing services
Undertake other ad hoc office duties as required

The successful Personal Assistant must have proven experience of working in a demanding PA role and experience of supporting at a senior level.
