- City of London £17 - £18 p/a Temporary
A global International Health and Private Medical Insurance company are looking for a Office Administrator on a temp to perm basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the boardroom
- Meeting and Greeting guests upon arrival
- Organising couriers for both local and international mail
- Ensure that all post to brokers is recorded in the Broker post diary
- Placing stationary orders through the correct companies
- Answering the phone and directing calls to the relevant departments
- Dealing with correspondence
You will need to be well organised and be able to mange your time productively, be a self starter who wants to make the most of this role.
