One of the world's largest and most prestigious international investment banks requires a fluent Italian/Spanish-speaking Analyst/Associate for their London-based European Shareholder Services team.


The role will consist of being a member of the Offshore Funds Investment Centre and providing excellent client service to clients from all European regions in relation to the bank's Offshore Mutual Funds. The role will also require being pro-active in identifying client service enhancements and evolving these ideas into implementation or making recommendations to management. The role involves working closely with the various Distribution Channels and other departments within the firm in an attempt to improve the client experience and/or improve the efficiency within the team, as well as day to day trade processing and verification.


Fluency in Italian and/or Spanish is required for this position, and the candidate will demonstrate Knowledge of mutual fund transfer agent operations/processing and compliance standards. Previous experience of working with European-based distribution would be preferred. This job prefers solid business/financial industry experience in the mutual funds industry, and exposure to dealing in funds domiciled in different regions and currencies is important.
