As we seek to develop our team in Edinburgh an opportunity has arisen for a talented and driven individual to join our specialist Investment & Banking division as a Support Consultant. The purpose of this role is to provide support to the Manager & Consultants in the team who deliver a professional recruitment service to leading Fund Management, Investment Banking, Wealth Management and Custody firms based in Edinburgh. In this development role initial duties will be to ensure candidate and client database is maintained accurately, to resource candidates from CV databases, to product copy for web-based advertising, to field telephone calls for the team, to assist with marketing initiatives and to respond to client/candidate queries received by email. As the successful applicant's skills and knowledge develops they will be attending client and candidate meetings, helping to resource suitable applicants for specific positions and providing market feedback to the team with the aim of taking on a full consultant position and client bank within a 12month period. With a structured training and development plan in place this opportunity will allow you to gain all the skills necessary to be a successful specialist recruiter for the Financial markets. Recruitment is a sales environment and to apply you must be looking to develop a career in this area.
