RFP Executive - West End - £20ph-£25ph

RFP Executive required by a leading institutional Asset Manager founded in 1985. My client has gained a strong reputation in the Market as a Fund Manager of specialist, high alpha equity mandates and manages assets across a wide range of international and UK based mutual funds, multi-manager products, hedge funds and segregated mandates.

Daily tasks for the RFP Executive role will include the following:

- Compiling data & information about the clients products into RFPs (Request for Proposals),
questionnaires and other informational packages, for internal and external clients
- Ensuring population of portfolio/ performance data & information into internal & external
databases
- Ensuring completed documents are produced to a high standard in terms of style and language
- Develop and maintain a close & accurate understanding of products across the board.

The ideal candidate will the following

- Proven experience in the completion of due diligence questionnaires/ RFP's gained from within
an Asset
Manager, Private Wealth Manager or Global Custodian
- Experience using RFP machines is an advantage
- Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Strong systems skills
- Excellent communication skills on all levels
- Ability to work well within a team environment

This is a great opportunity to work as an RFP Executive for an established Asset Manager, working in a busy team. The ideal candidate will be keen to come in on a temp basis but with a view to be part of the team for the long-term.
