Position: Project Manager EMEA (Fit-Outs)
Location: Based in Surrey with travel to Western Europe
Salary: to £50,000 + Excellent Benefits + Bonus Potential

An ambitious and client focused Project Manager is required by a global property company to join their Project team based at their clients UK HQ in Surrey. The client who is a well-known blue chip, have a global portfolio. The Project Manager will specialise in fit-out and refurbishment projects for properties and offices in Western Europe with values ranging from £100k to £2 mil.

The ideal Project Manager will be a true communicator with the adaptability to manage relationships at all levels within different working environments and cultures. The Project Manager will have a bias to managing fit-out projects within a corporate environment and may have a background in construction. This role would also be ideal for a Project Manager looking to gain fit-out PM experience within European markets.

Based from the UK, the Project Manager will be expected to travel to Europe, so flexibility is a must. This is an exciting role for a bright and ambitious Project Manager with a bias to Fit-out projects to take their next step into a fast moving organisation who rapidly promote internally and to also have the opportunity to work with an exciting and well-known global brand.

Applicants will only be considered if you have a minimum of 2 years Project management experience specialising in Fit-outs within a corporate environment.
