FTSE 100 Financial Services Firm
50,000 to 60,000 plus benefits plus bonus

Provide internal consultancy to HR Directors, line managers and employees in relation to HR reward policies and support the development and implementation of HR reward policies and practices to enable the attraction, motivation and retention of high calibre staff to achieve business goals and global growth plans.

Your primary areas of responsibility are:

- Looking after the benchmarking, annual reward review and salary budgeting process
- Managing the grading structure
- Producing ad hoc and regular reports, analyses and models
- Providing support in respect of the production of the Remuneration Report and Remuneration Committee papers
- Overseeing the management of expatriates
- Administering various benefit plans
- Providing reward advice and implementation support to HR Directors and client line managers
- Researching, evaluating, designing and implementing new HR products and processes within reward areas of expertise to meet business needs and reflect HR best practice.
- Contributing to and supporting project management of major organisation-wide initiatives and ad hoc project assignments
- Maintaining and administering existing reward arrangements to a high standard of quality and customer service through a process of continuous improvement.
- Supervising Reward Analyst

To be considered for this role you must have:

- Significant HR Reward experience
- Sound understanding of Reward and Benchmarking techniques and best practices
- Experience working with survey houses
- Attention to detail and high levels of numeracy
- Clear, concise written and spoken English and ability to explain complex issues simply
- Blue chip corporate, global professional experience or Financial services sector (or ideally Private Equity) experience (preferred)
- Exposure to carried interest plans
- Excellent Excel and Word skills
- PowerPoint skills
