This renowned international bank is currently looking for an experienced Management Information and Compensation Manager to support the Head of HR and a team of HR Generalists to provide a first class rewards process together with regular management information covering the UK and wider global offices. The team supports a wide range of global clients and the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the annual review process, generate compensation reports, participate in global pay review, job matching, ensure accuracy of the reporting systems (Peoplesoft) and understand and demonstrate compliance.
The ideal candidate will have previous management experience, have excellent PC skills, highly numerate and excellent relationship building skills. This position offers an outstanding opportunity for a talented and ambitious candidate to join the leadership of a pace-setting business.
