30,000 to 40,000 plus benefits plus bonus

This global Japanese firm provides integrated business services to partners all over the world to enhance value throughout the supply chain and do this by applying knowledge, experience and core skills in market development, finance, logistics, investments and information to solve specific business problems across a broad range of commodities and services.

Reporting to an HR Manager this exciting and newly created role is based in Dubai but has responsibility for the greater Middle Eastern area, including Oman, Bahrain, Saudi, Iran, Egypt etc.

You will deliver HR support throughout the region and your generalist responsibilities will focus on:

Performance Management
Succession Planning
Talent Management
Compensation and Benefits
Local Employment Law
Learning and Development
Job grading and structuring

To be considered for this role you must be:

Based locally, with an awareness of Middle Eastern geography, business culture and customs
Aware of local employment law
Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
Aware of Japanese business culture
A strong generalist with experience working within a corporate environment
Able to work autonomously
A strong and open communicator
