A top-tier investment bank seeks a high-calibre senior business analyst/project manager. This challenging role is based in the London Docklands, and is ideal for extensively experienced business analysts and project managers to work at one of the world's largest and most prestigious banks.


The successful business analyst will become an integral cog within derivatives projects, an operations-based business analysis and project/program management team which specifies and delivers the technology and processes necessary to support the equity swaps business.


This role is for the equity swaps team supporting the equity division. The scope of the team's work covers the full trade lifecycle: sales, trading, operations and finance (business unit control, regulatory control etc.) Initially this person will be responsible for event management: a major initiative driven by the equity swaps business unit and operations to affect scalability, revenue enablement and improved client service.


Experience in leading the creation of the strategic vision for a multi-year project is essential for this role.


The successful candidate will have equity swaps product knowledge, which should encapsulate a complete understanding of how equity swaps are set-up and processed, along with an understanding and appreciation of the affect of changes to the swap terms on downstream processes such as confirms, settlements and client indications, and they will have operational process and workflow expertise.
