Data Management Administrator - City of London - £23ph

Data Management Administrator required to join a leading Asset Manager with over 1.1 billion under management & over 3,500 employees worldwide. Daily duties within this established Data Management team will include:

- Running reports from the database on a daily basis
- Ensure all information provided to clients is timely and accurate within agreed timeframe's
- Maintaining and updating securities static data on a daily basis using the Hiportfolio system
- Ensuring that daily control checks are completed, checked and signed off to deadlines
- Updating client information on the database as required
- Assisting with project work as requested

The ideal candidate will the following

- Good knowledge of the Hiportfolio, Bloomberg or Charles River databases
- Strong Data experience gained from within Asset Management/ Global Custody
- Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment

This is a great opportunity to work as a Data Management Administrator within an established Asset Manager, working in a busy team. The ideal candidate will be keen to come in on a temp basis but with a view to be part of the Data Management team for the long-term.
