Facilities Manager - 14 Month Fixed Term Contract
£36,000 + Bonus Potential + 25 days holiday

An experienced Facilities Manager is required by a well-known financial organisation for a 14 month fixed term contract. The Facilities Manager will be based at their London HQ in Canary Wharf, and will oversee the hard and soft services for approx 30k sq ft that house 250 employees. The Facilities Manager will ideally be available at short notice as this is a 14 month contract position, but it could also be an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Facilities Manager or number 2 in a permanent role looking to step up and gain more experience and responsibility in a full-on FM role.

The successful Facilities Manager will have a good knowledge of both hard and soft services, health and safety legislation's, will be extremely customer focused and will have experience of supervising a team. The Facilities Manager will be a true team player, will be hands on and will
muck in when need be. The Facilities Manager will also ideally have a H&S qualification
