This renowned international global investment bank are seeking an enthusiastic Business Analyst to work within the Finance team to support migrating finance processes and functions to India. Our client was founded in 1850 and maintains leadership positions in equity and fixed income sales, trading and research, investment banking, private investment management, asset management and private equity. The Firm is headquartered in New York, with regional headquarters in London and Tokyo, and operates in a network of offices around the world.

The key responsibilities for the role include:
- Liaising with stakeholders to gather FTE requirements
- To perform the business analysis on processes to be migrated
- To translate the business requirement into functional specifications
- Capture user interactions and handoffs between business areas
- General systems requirements
- Preparation of migration documentation
- Liaising with Finance India to deliver migrations
- Producing MI on a weekly basis for stakeholders on migrations
- Resolving ad-hoc queries and requests relating to migrations
- Coordinate meetings, progress reviews, and planning sessions

The ideal candidate should have a finance related degree or be a qualified accountant (CIMA/CA/CPA) with previous project management/consulting experience.
