• CAD II Business Analyst AVP

Our client, a global investment bank, actively seeks a business analyst to join their Finance Change team. The successful candidate will be a key team member involved in a series of full lifecycle projects aimed at ensuring the firm secures CADII approval from the regulators

Specific responsibilities will include:
'Hands on' business requirements gathering and documentation
Translating business concepts and requirements into functional requirements
Acting as a liaison between Finance and groups that it supports/ interacts with, including Technology
Validating functional designs

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the Regulatory framework, in particular the requirements of CADII. You must also have either direct product control experience, or exposure to product control in a change/business analysis capacity.
