A Global Custodian based in Docklands are looking for a Business Process Analyst to join the organisation. This company specialise in providing asset servicing solutions and asset management to both institutional and personal clients. The delivery and services to this client base is supported through a network of offices around the globe.

The prime responsibility of the team being to provide technical support to the operational areas in the following areas;
-Management reporting
-BCP & DR/Pandemic
-Incident management
-Process analysis (inc regulatory change impact)
-Procedure maintenance
-Client/trustee/audit support
-Departmental Risk & Control
-Complaints
-Stamp Duty Reserve Tax

As the Business Process Analyst your main responsibilities will be;

-Collation of statistics from team returns
-Collation of incident statistics
-Measurement & Review of Key Risk Indicators
-Production of internal MI reports to Senior Management
-Co-ordinate and participate in client & audit visits where necessary.
-Liaison with client/trustee/C&IS with respect to inspection visits

Ideally the successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and have experience in dealing with financial reports.
