A Leading Retail Bank based in Dubai (UAE) are looking for a HR Business Partner to join them immediately for 3 months.
This is a short-term assignment opportunity focusing on recruitment and development of the Audit teams based across the Emerging Markets. The role will be based in Dubai and will involve travel across Africa, Pakistan, India and Russia coordinating recruitment activity, helping to build the audit teams and ensuring HR policies and practices are mapped across the countries.
The HR Business Partner will be an active and influential player in the business, lead the change agenda within Internal Audit, Emerging Markets operating within the employee relations frameworks of our various countries, build people management capability across the Emerging Markets teams, ensure global HR initiatives are delivered and consistently practiced in local business, ensure that organizational design is delivered, maintained and controlled providing consistency of roles, titles, levels and operating models, manage the cultural side of the transformation, ensuring that the employees are on board with the changes, Identification, attraction and placing of talented people into roles across the geographies - ensuring that new hires are inducted and onboarded in an exemplary way. Recruitment processes to comply with Group standards, partnering (in a cost effective manner) with third party suppliers where appropriate through Global Sourcing in order to deliver candidates to the business, ensuring there is a successor identified for all senior roles, establish a performance management culture across the team in Emerging Markets and ensure regulatory and mandatory training is provided in a commercial environment as well as enabling individual development requirements to be met.
The HR Business Partner will have experience in the delivery, measurement and evaluation of HR activities and being able to move at pace in a constantly changing environment and of business re-structuring.
The role is paying up to £500.00 per day and relocation costs and travel are negotiated as part of offer stage .
