A Global Financial Services firm and a market leader in securities, asset management and credit services based in the Docklands are looking for a HR Manager to join them immediately.
The HR Manager will liaise with the Recruitment team or hiring manager from the business unit, liaise with the Compensation team to establish appropriate compensation levels and packages, preparing offer packages, work with management to identify appropriate resource levels and carrying out Reductions in Force where necessary, interpret and apply policies and procedures, advising and coaching managers through employee relations situations, conducting disciplinaries and grievances,as necessary, ensure active management of performance issues, ensure a consistent approach and compliance with current legislation, liaise with in-house Legal advisors, facilitate appropriate training for line managers, provide guidance and assistance to employees in relation to career development and/or transfers,monitor the appraisal process, review performance feedback reports and Evaluation & Development summaries, advise line managers on appropriate compensation levels for all employees from the hiring stage onwards, working with the regional HR teams throughout the year-end compensation process for Europe, conducting maternity interviews and responding to maternity-related queries and managing
sickness absence.
The HR Manager will have previous Generalist HR experience gained within a corporate environment and be able to start immediately.
