A Global Financial Services firm and a market leader in securities, asset management and credit service based in the Docklands are looking for a HR Manager to join them immediately.

The HR Manager will be working with the business to interpret and apply policies and procedures, ensuring active management of
employee relations cases, ensuring processes move along in a timely manner, advising and coaching managers through employee
relations situations, working with managers to ensure positive employee relations and adherence to Firm diversity and equal
opportunities policies, ensuring a consistent approach and compliance with current legislation and liaising with in-house Legal advisors
where necessary.

The ideal candidate will have similar experience gained within a corporate environment and be available for an immediate start.
