We are recruiting an Accounts Payable Clerk for this global asset management company with over £100 billion under management. It has one of the largest networks of offices of any dedicated asset management company and over 250 portfolio managers and analysts covering the world's investment markets and is a FTSE 100 company.

The Accounts Payable team is responsible for ensuring the correct and timely processing of all purchase invoices, expense claims and foreign currency requests. The team currently processes around 9000 payments and 3000 expense claims annually.

Specifically, within this Accounts Payable role you will be responsible for:

*Inputting, authorising and releasing of UK and US invoices & expense claims
*Checking of expense claims to ensure compliance to the Company Policies
*Completing data maintenance forms for changes to Oracle
*Checking BACS payment runs
*Complete Cheque / Chaps / Swift requisitions through Citibank
*Answering of payment and invoice related queries

You MUST have previous accounts payable experience in a high volume financial services environment. You will not be considered for the role without this experience. However, if you think you fit the bill, then this is a great opportunity to get a universally respected name on your cv.
