A well known and respected bank has an opening in their Operations Change Management team to assist as a Business analyst on specific project within treasury. You will be required to bring extensive BA experience to the role, as you'll be required to initially identify and specify required changes, managing these through specification, testing and implementation, whilst working alongside business representatives, IT Analysts, developers and support staff and vendor consultants. Central to this project is experience of back office processes, Cash management and the Smartstream system. Other responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, documenting current and future process flows, and conducting functional testing working with the business and technical teams to resolve any UAT issues. You will need knowledge of the Smartstream and Swift systems, a proven project / BA track record, a good understanding of cash management and reconciliations and a detailed knowledge of treasury products and workflows from an operations perspective.
